Both dogs have been found. It seems Mazda may just have got tired & curled up where she was (in the woodland, in mud). Fern waited with her. They were eventually found after another search of area.
Their owner would like to thank everyone who helped/shared/searched, she is overwhelmed by the support.

I've contacted friends in the area.

Are there any businesses/buildings nearby that only open Monday - Friday?
With no sightings I’m wondering whether they may have accidentally got shut in somewhere on Friday afternoon that won’t open again until Monday morning.
Fingers crossed for the drone search today.
Jaycey
How did both dogs escape? xx
