Update: she is being picked up by North Herts council tonight and there will be a 7 day window for her to be collected by her owners.
Female Dog found near Hitchin tonight! Very sweet and friendly but no collar! Please help us find her owners!! We will be taking her to a vet in the morning to see if we can get her chip read. I will update where we take her on here.
