- The dog is no longer where it was. It seems someone may have removed it (as opposed to it being washed away), or even buried it. It was in a dangerous/inaccessible place, which is only accessible at certain tide times. As far as is known, the dog wasn't able to be scanned.

- This dog had not been dead long. We are trying to yrack down 2 finders for more info.

Please ensure that you notify your local Dog Warden and the local Police Station - in Scotland you MUST inform your local Police Station and if possible contact the Dog Warden also.
The found dog may have a Microchip or a Tattoo - please have the dog scanned and checked for a tattoo at a vet's so that owners may be contacted as soon as possible.
