I am truly sorry that Blake didn't make it home. X
Run Free Sweetheart. X X

With nervous dogs would it not be a good idea to take with them an object with the scent of a person they have learned to trust? i.e. The person at the foster home.
Would that not make them feel more at ease in their now adopted home? And place the scent (Odd material) under the dog`s food dish, and /or in their bedding. Just a thoughtLast edited: 2018-01-31 07:43:39

We went today all over Crown Lakes and over Railway bridge towards Fletton way but no sign of him. Wood Green have been there today too.I have suggested they do a feeding station and then a trap once he's feeding. Wood Green have said they are sending people there in the uniform he's use to seeing. Hope he's home soon.xLast edited: 2018-01-28 21:27:14 by Kazzie

Does sound like some expertise needed here to help owner as dog not been with them long enough to have formed a bond. Usual thing is to set up feeding station first followed by trap once regularily visiting. Please email admin for further assistance re Ray & help from any local Doglost co-ordinators & volunteers in case these posts are not being seen. Just noticed Skywalker99 has since posted. Are Wood Green or the fosterer assisting? Feel so sad for him, must be feeling very lost with no one familiar to him.Last edited: 2018-01-28 18:13:09 by Georgy Porgy

Now you know where he is, Is it worth calling an organisation like the rspca to see if they can set traps?
DebbieM
Yes we left him some food in this spot around 12:30pm today (before owners sighting).
Georgy Porgy
Is food being left for him where seen?

Does anyone local to Peterborough have a done they can send up to search? so much quicker than those on foot and also silent. Someone probably already had the idea but thought i would ask / comment.
DebbieM
