- No news or sightings. As a team. Jo southway myself and bryony game joined the owners for a detailed search of the area stacey was walking in. The river/stream had gone down considerably by ay 3/4 of him missing and the flow ended at a grilled drain on the south brewham village side and no clues there. I feel there still room or search of track side and to the north of last sighting for peace of mind.

- Thanks Bobbie, i'll pass the info on to my brother. My Nan's dog got lost in Brewham many years ago, she was a Jack Russell & ad gone down a rabbit hole & it took her a week to loose enough weight to get back out. My Dad went every day & a week later there she was!

- Been out before dawn and as dawn broke this morning, driven around lanes looking for Spud or signs of activity. Now raining again. Nothing to report.

- Thanks soapysue, yes they do tend to travel in a triangle shape and it is interesting when we work out where they are going the routes and barriers they have been influenced by.
I've been covering the area from Bruton and North Brewham, so as coming from Wincanton the other side would be helpful. All I know so far is that he went uphill.
No sightings to go on yet. - 2018-01-26 15:20 soapysue
- If he's on the run they apparently tend to stay in triangle but if he's stuck or injured he could be close by, it's just so hard to look everywhere. Did he go from anywhere near the duck pond? My brother usually does about 10 miles so can cover a decent area if I point him in the right direction to start. My dog went missing for 4 days a few years ago & was found less than a mile away from home - but he'd been doing a triangle (of ditches).

- Thanks soapysue and sukie, I have some other helpers who live nearby who are looking each day and I've been out a few times now. It is difficult when not sure where to look. He is missing from South Brewham though so that narrows down a bit.
It is also very wet and muddy, so wear suitable clothing. - 2018-01-25 11:02 sukie
- I can also go and walk my terriers there tomorrow if you can give me more details - perhaps OS map reference as to where he was last seen. Really hope he comes home soon.

- My brother lives in Wincanton but walks a lot & will walk & look for Spud at the weekend if you can tell us exactly where he was last seen & which way he was going? All we know is Brewham?? (which is quite large!)Last edited: 2018-01-24 21:40:11 by soapysue

- Been out early today, South Brewham Rd from Bruton, into some fields, had a look in the woods.
Please get some posters up, Church Bridge Stores, Bruton Vets and Country Store as well as near where he is missing on fence posts etc. - 2018-01-22 15:28 Jaycey
- I wonder if Spud actually chased the rabbit into a rabbit hole and could be stuck?..Are their family or friends who have dogs that could walk that way and possibly hear Spud?..xx

- Thanks for going out Bobble, it's a worry when he has a harness that could get caught up.
