Can you check with who listed and move to found? I have seen this photo on their Facebook page saying looking for owner.

Ii believe this is a mistake and this dog was found and the vet is looking for the owner. Has an unregistered Lithuanian microchip.
Essentially he is lost but not in the way we mean it.
