Hi could you please tell me if this dog was found with a blue bit of rope around its neck? I live in great massingham and for 2 weeks myself and a few others have been aware that we had a stray dog like this around our village. We have been leaving food out but the dog enjoyed the food but ran off after as very scared! We haven't seen this dog since last Sunday now and all very worryed the he/she is injured somewhere x
