I think this dog has been taken to one of the vets in Dawlish by the manager of the South Devon Pub this evening (name is Sam). Number for the pub is 01626 862198. Hopefully owner should have had a call by now as dog picked up was chipped. We were alerted due to looking for Taz missing in the same area. Good luck x
