I'm so pleased that this lovely old girl is up for rehoming but how sad that her owners did not look for her.

This beautiful lady (now named Trudy), is safe in rescue where she will get the vet care she needs.

Jane - don't be put off by the microchip as they move and sometimes cannot be detected. If you think this could be your Cassie, you would have to contact Aspen Valley Kennels on the number listed above for further information. Dog Lost only list the found dogs to help owners find their lost dogs. Good luck x

Does she have a large tan and black patch on her left hand side by any chance? We lost Cassie 4 years ago in Devon, and she looks very similar. Altho Cassie is chipped. Please could someone let me know about the patch? Thanks

elderly it appears no id tag or chip, in council kennels - what is the future for this poor old dog? the only down side of doglost.co.uk is seeing dogs like this, as i fear she wont be claimed - do hope i am wrong. i have 5 rescued dogs already - one as a result of doglost..........

Says Mature Collie type on Aspens website BUT there is also a Mature Tri Coloured Jack Russell bitch in there.
