I have just seen this on Get Bane home - posted 30 mins ago by Karen Cooke -- It’s with great sadness I’m posting this on behalf of Bane’s owner but unfortunately the dog at Cliffe wasn’t him and she has had news just before Christmas from vets that he had been found at the side of the road and hadn’t made it, she’s too upset to come in here and the stress has affected her pregnancy 😰

I an so sorry Bane did not get home safely, My thoughts are with his owners.

Two lurchers reported found today by Chester police. Probably dumped after lamping. One dog has white paws and white tip to tail. Maybe worth checking out the picture.

It would appear Bane has been picked up by the dog warden Sheffield today. I will alert admin and CJ and her team who can then reunite.

Bane was with me at a friends flat the washer had gone on a tap whilst we were gone for two weeks due to the freezing weather and a snow storm neither myself or my baby BANE could stay in a house with no boiler, we had been without a boiler since NOVEMBER and the agent hadn't told the landlord that the boiler was broken. Myself and my family have been searching everywhere for my very special boy. (Support dog for mental health and anxiety) also helps with my daughter's meltdowns as he calms her down faster and easier than anyone and anything. If you want the truth get it from the horses mouth.

The dog was reported on Saturday as being in a property that was flooding and faeces everywhere. The rspca attended on Sunday morning at 10:30, no sign of dog or owner but they were disgusted at the conditions of the property. They gained entry as the property was open. A calling card was left for the owner. Owner has blatantly lied and is informing people she saw the dog yesterday(Monday) at the property between the hours of 3am-6:30am, which we know is incorrect as dog wasn't there Sunday when rspca attended.

Which part of NG17 is this? Also can I ask how he was stolen... was your house broken in to? Just helps with the circumstances as to where to look.
