lit a candle for you George and the other doggies that have gone to rainbow bridge today x yes julies i am dog mad and animal mad i adore all living creatures all living things should be respected and be safe from harm ! I am a gardener and i believe in mother nature we all have our place in this world, if only there was a place for animal lovers and we had our own island that if you dont like animals you don't come on it !!!! x be safe and sound forever george x

How sad, you run free now George, no more 'working' for that evil scum's pleasure, now you can do all those things you were denied while in their clutches, go and play now George, run, be happy and free, you'll make lots of friends at Rainbow Bridge, I can just see you now, running, playing, bounding around with a huge smile on your face, I bet you're enjoying every minute, you should have been allowed to experience all those things before Rainbow Bridge but you weren't allowed to, but now George you can play the days away until your hearts content, RIP George, you have fun now xx

poor George. what a miserable life he must have had. i just cannot understand how people can watch dogs being ripped apart for pleasure! this must be stopped. if anyone on here could direct me to a site which i can directly participate in to help stop this horrendous "sport" please pm me. r.i.p. poor George.

It's thanks to emmabellalandy that this poor boy is now know as George, she obviously adores dogs and even offered for George to wait for her at the bridge. Kind Lady.

Thankyou to all those concerned for giving this fella a name and dignified end to his obviously sad life. It's a fact we dont like to acknowledge & I admire and respect you for the hard decision you had to make. Swift journey to the bridge George, away from the people who made you so sad.x

Although I didn't know you George, I've shed tears for the terrible things that 'humans' have done to you. You are safe from harm now but I wish you could have had some real joy in your life. My beloved Shelley will be there and will help look after you too. D X

How lovely you gave this boy a name, my pointer is also George it's a lovely strong name for a lovely strong dog. I am sure also that his owners won't be crossing to the rainbow bridge either.

By the edge of a wood at the foot of the hill, Is a lush green meadow where time stands still, Where friends of a man and woman do run, when their time on earth is over and done, For here between this world and the next , Is a place where each beloved creature find's rest ! On this golden land they wait and play till Rainbow Bridge they cross over one day. No more do they suffer in pain or sadness for here they are whole, their lives filled with gladness!!!! Their limbs are restored their health renewed their bodies have healed strength imbuled !!!! They run through the grass without even a care, untill one day they Stop and sniff the air !!! All ears pricked forward, eyes dart side to side, Then all of a sudden one breaks from the pack ! For just that instant their eyes have met Together again person and pet, So they run to each other these friends from long past, The time of their parting is over at last !! The sadness they felt whilie they were apart has turned into Joy once more in each heart, They embrace with a love that will last forever and side by side they cross over together !! Run wild and free GEORGE with the warmth of the sun on your back forever x x my Emma will look after you boy and so will the others to have fun and be content x And your owner wont be there to cross with you but when i go there you can come with me and my doggies and cats and horse and spider and we will all cross over together x x

Hi I'm sad to say that found dog 4525 was put to sleep today. He was extremely aggressive towards people plus he had a few health issues. We believe he was trained as a fighting dog. It's not a decision we took lightly but unfortunately this dog wasn't safe to rehome. Hopefully he is now at a happier place at the bridge....e mail from kennels.
