She is unlikely to come up to a person she doesnt know unless they have yummy treats and/or a dog. With people she knows well, she's great but with strangers she's very suspicious. She should have a red lead attached to her as well as ID tag unless she's lost her collar. If she does come close to you, she is safe to pick up etc she just freezes. I was her foster mum and have some other photos if anyone needs them. warden, local vets, chip company etc all notified.
