Might be worth checking out, even though none of the dogs had a chip and described as black. Post by Laura Jones (Dougal's Army): 3 little black dogs (1 x Dachshund, 1 possibly pug cross and 1 wire haired terrier cross) had been contained in a garden on Derby road, widnes. Someone has called the rspca who have just turned up for them and scanned them and not chipped. Someone else had called it in to RSPCA and said that they seen someone chuck them out the back of a van 😭

The RSPCA inspector said they will likely go to Warrington or Manchester pet hospitals.

We have heard that the little dog in Rotherham was caught and reunited - it wasn't Brutus!! Good news for owners . . .

Good suggestion re alerts to be sent, thank you - we are talking to our NE Team and local groups in Yorkshire for help in tracking down this dog in Herringsthorpe! they've only taken a photo, not picked up, very frustrating - trying to get locals involved in looking too. x

Admin - please could alerts be sent to Herringsthorpe poscode area and surrounding which is S61 - S65. There are a number of facebook listings suggesting that the dog that sharon57blue has mentioned below might be Brutus.

• If your dog is microchipped please let the microchip company know that your dog is missing and check that all details are up to date.
• Owners targeted by a malicious hoaxer demanding money for the return of their dog should phone the police on 101 immediately and contact admin@doglost.co.uk
• A photograph of your dog is essential for the website. If you have not already uploaded one, please do so by clicking on Update details. Alternatively you can email it to admin@doglost.co.uk quoting the dog's DogLost ID number: (126776)
• Obtain a missing poster by clicking on View poster above. Posters are very important so start postering now!
• You will need to be logged in to upload photos, edit your dog's details, or add comments. You can add comments by clicking on Click here to add a comment.
