Di- reading the information that you provided at 07.20 am, it seems to me that the dogs are actually found and not just sighted. Do you know if the owner has already logged on to PetsLocated and these are not her dogs. It seems too much of a coincidence that these would not be her dogs.

Dogs are also listed as missing on PetsLocated, so owner needs to log on to PetsLocated, go to the listings in the FOUND section there, click on one of the 2 Found Croydon dogs, and there will be a button present which allows you to send a message to the person who has put the found listing on (you must be logged in to do so).
