Madeve I'm always posting that people should look in sheds and outbuilding and anywhere in a garden that a dog or cat may find a safe place to hide, at anytime of the year because people still go in there sheds in the winter and often leave doors open. But yes I agree more so in the summer and this is a good idea to post this on most of the dog lost pages. Last edited: 2010-05-11 02:17:18

Welcome home Harley...... With the spring fastly appraoching would it be worth adding something to posters about checking sheds and out buildings? these will be opened more during the coming months. I have actually had a neighbours cat shut in mine before. EveLast edited: 2010-05-11 02:17:18

Harley is doing fine. He has lost approximately 4 kilos and has a few very minor cuts which are almost healed. There was no sign of him being hit by a car the vet gave him a full examination and said there was no sign of any form of impact which is fantastic. I have just fed him and he was looking very happy to be back home with Xena. Thank you all so so much for your wonderful messages and kindness through this very long and difficult week which I have just endured. It was a real help to have your support. I advised the vet of your website and I will visit regularly to see if I can be of any help to anyone that may be in the same unfortunate situation as myself. Microchipping is amazing and everyone should have their pets chipped. Keep up the great work everyone. Love Naomi, Harley and Xena xxxxxLast edited: 2010-05-11 02:17:18

Sparkler
Heard sighting of a black lab running around in Lionwood this morning (Sunday). Perhaps to be taken with a pinch of salt as owners do let dogs run round there but may be Harley. Would be a safer place for him to be if he had found his way there - away from roads etc.Last edited: 2010-05-11 02:17:18
