He has been found!! Late last night by a taxi driver but without a collar, so no tag/name.
The taxi driver put his pic on Facebook this morning and one of his friends follows you guys and put the two together!
Thank goodness and thank you so much for your help - after 12 hours I was beginning to lose hope.
