Not sure if this is helpful or not, but on "Nextdoor" website, there has been a post about a black and white cat - but no photos. This may be for the wrong time period, or it could be he disappeared when the posters were planning to take the cat to the vet to have it's chip read. Wishing you all the luck in the world. I hope you find Jasper soon.
