Excellent news. Welcome home Bernard. Now to concentrate on finding little Bruno. I will be sending posters to a firm of Solicitors in Maidstone to see if they could hand them out to their clients. As I work for Solicitors I will also send them to Estate Agents and Royal Mail to give to their Postmen. This is what we did for our Bailie and he was found. I hope this will be helpful.Last edited: 2010-05-11 02:17:18

Waiting to be able to finally post as had computer problems!! So pleased that Bernard is back not need to concentrate to get Bruno home. the couple who picked Bernard up did so on the day he wemt missing. they said they reported this to the dog warden and to police that they would be holding on to him until owner had been found. its a shame he was not scanned as the chip would have brought him back home much sooner and avoided a lot of worry. Hoping the KM will run a story to give much needed boost to finding Bruno.Last edited: 2010-05-11 02:17:18

Posters worked a couple rang last night to say they had picked Bernard up on the day he went missing near the slip road to the M20 and had been looking after him since-they forgot to tell anyone but saw the posters. Bruno who went missing with him is still unaccounted for.Last edited: 2010-05-11 02:17:18

Keeping my eyes open here in Strood. Regularly go round the Cuxton Road area, and im daily up at the big Walderslade roundabout where the M20/M2 Junction is. Yesterday i went all the way up to Tunbridge Wells and back (using the A228) keeping my eyes peeled (as a passenger). Hoping theres some news soon.....Last edited: 2010-05-11 02:17:18

A second pet watch alert has gone out listing recent missing dogs to remind everyone that they are still missing. Alert listed Bruno, Bernard, Dolly, Cruise, Twixxy, Betsey abd the two remaining stolen cocker pups. this will refresh memories and reach many homes over the easter period. Stay positive. My daughter throught that she would never see her Shorthaired German Pointer, Bailie, as he does not like the cold and is use to his home comforts. After ten days on the run Bailie was found. We cannot thank DogLost enough for their help as my daughter was in close contact with them. Bernard and Bruno will be sighted. Please let me know if you need any help as I am always available. I live in Hoo and work in Chatham. Please let me know where they were sighted last and in which direction they were going.Last edited: 2010-05-11 02:17:18

This is almost a rerun of Bailey with the track they're taking. Must be going on that footpath over the Medway Bridge. Not a good area to be in. Keeping eyes peeled as am in Medway Valley at Virgin regularily and along Walderslade Road to Hempstead xxxxxLast edited: 2010-05-11 02:17:18

It seems we need to scent mark for these 2. MARY - I have sent a pm with a lot of details. if not clear i have left you my email. I wont be around this eve but will check first thing. if in doubt pm any one with a co-DOGLOST logo by their name as they will be co-ordinators. Scenting will have to wait for the heavy rain to stop. Re SIGHTING...the only way from Walderslade to Strood is via the M2 bridge or Rochester Bridge, we feel that it is unlikely that they would have made it across safely so we feel that the Walderslade sighting is probably the more positive.Last edited: 2010-05-11 02:17:18

Is it possible to ask for help postering further afield. The area where Bernard and Bruno went missing from is very rural and they could have wandered miles before being picked up and we may just be missing them. We desperate to get them home as we are missing them dreadfully and don't know what else to do. Last edited: 2010-05-11 02:17:18

Have spoken to owner they do not have a photo of Bernard and are having problems finding one. Have given advice on how to find one and explained until we have a similar photo his poster cannot be emailed to helpers. Photo of Bruno will hopefully be sent shortly by mobile.
