- I have spoken to owner, who has now obtained a crime reference number from police, which will be forwarded to me later, along with chip number. I will then get post updated to STOLEN.
It is thought could be in Penzance area where the woman was from, although she apparently wanted to move dog to Spain. Chip company is aware & details have been flagged as stolen.
