- lovely happy ending - and not least thanks to doglost.co.uk - todays daily mail actually mentions doglost............... usually the media leaves out the name of this brilliant website which is responsible for thousands of happy endings over the years

- So glad Wilma was recovered and hope she has not been harmed in any way, and I hope the delivery driver is treated to a spell in jail by the courts, this might send a message to other would-be thieves, it`s more like a kidnap or abduction of a family member than a theft to be honest.

- Update from owner taken from fb:
Wilma is safe and home. I cant believe it and feel the luckiest man alive today. I want to say the very biggest thank you to all the most wonderful people who have gone out of their way to help her get home, so many people who have devoted hours and hours for nothing more than to see her safe THANK YOU ALL SO VERY MUCH! She is traumatised after being taken from our home but we had her checked at the vets and she is fine. Despite there being some incredibly nasty people out there this has really brought home to me how most people are just amazing and will do anything to help and to see animals reunited.
Thank you again... Richard, Emily and Fred & WILMA!!!!

- Thank you JC for going out this evening with your tracker dog. There were 2 areas where interest was shown by his dog along a stretch of water on either side. If anybody is out walking in the area, please can they keep an eye on any stretch of water please.
The owner has access to a drone which will overfly a couple of very large fields, one of which is a rape field just in case Wilma is lost. Last edited: 2018-05-01 00:04:56 by ClaireC - 2018-04-29 23:01 ClaireC
- I notice on one of your posts that you make mention of nearly being flooded a few weeks ago and you mention a well. Is this something that a dog can get into? Also do you have neighbours with swim pools of ponds and if so then please can you ask people to keep an eye on them please?

- Shared into local groups in the area. Aswell as the possibility Wilma ran out when the electric gates open could there be a chance that the driver stole the dog? Hopefully the driver can be traced as maybe he saw the dog run out if the gates
