- Other Info Scruffy had a Blue collar on with a disc with contact number on .Scruffy is a small dog he is crossed with a Scottie / Jack Russell and has a scar on his belly which is visible.. If Scruffy is found it must be reported to the warden as required by law.. SIGHTED POSSIBLY INJURED
