As you are new to the are, people may think Bily is a stray, and are feeding him. Try tips on Oscar`s page no 128688. Try this too, a door Billy has access to open wide, and stad aside, ( Don`t block his entrance) Put some tuna or warm chicken in his dish, and place it about twice the width of the ooen door. He may be hiding somewhere. Although you kept him in for three weeks, which is good, cats hate change of ny kind. As well as tips on Oscar`s page, when searching for Billy, wear the sanme deodornt you use on a regular basis as he will recognize the scent, and your the one he trusts. Paws xd.
