Does anybody recognise this handsome chap? He was found on the back lane between Gonalston and Epperstone and looks like he may have been lost for some time. Sadly not microchipped. Please call our Newark branch on 01636 612906 if you think you can help reunite him with his owner.

Great Dane Care have decided are holding a Companion Dog Show held under kennel club rules to help raise money for the charity on Sunday 11th May 2008 at Pembrey Country Park, Pembrey West Wales. It is a bit far away but I have sent Preston's detail just in case.

Hi Guys, Sorry i havent been on for a while, unfor had no interenet connection til now, an update is well overdue on my boy, from he went missing i've had 3 calls ONLY. I been to stranbane looking as a traveller was selling a black neutered dane, but unfor by the time i got there he was sold to a man in the south, i have tried to contact this man who bought him, just to see if its my big man. I had high hopes from my last call, an unknow number said a black male was in a local pound approx 25miles away from me. 20mins later, shaking the dane was a bitch, blue and was being rehomed that day. I'm still looking for my wee man, everyday, and wont rest until i find him safe and well. I just want to thank everyone for ur kind and encourgaing txts that i have been receiving, as it has helped me on he low days. Thanks Nicola xo

Preston's details already on our website. A big boy like Preston should be easy to spot in a small place like Northern Ireland.

owner is doing a fantastic job on this and has already delivered thousands of leaflets and the same in posters, army flyovers organised, media appeals and even a 10ft poster as you enter the area by car, which can be viewed by all. despite efforts around the clock for two weeks, not a single call or sighting, preston has to be somewhere so anyone who can offer any suport in terms of checking rescues and forums to make sure he has not turned up would be much appreciated. owner will try to register later to keep us updated, she is checking the page but cannot post at present and remains grateful to us all.x
