I was walking to work in Cambridge along the Cambridgeshire Guided Busway which is a bus and pedestrian walkway between Cambridge train station and Trumpington Park and Ride. Whilst walking I spotted a man in front of me with a tiny, little Yorkshire Terrier. I suspected the dog wasn't his as the dog appeared distressed and trying to get away from the man (the dog was being held on a very old, rag-like lead) and was being pulled along harshly whenever the dog stopped.

The dog was very small, had two sticking up ears and a black patch across its left ear. Its hair was short and appeared scrubby. I have reported this incident to the RSPCA who have it on their system.

If you believe this is your dog then I recommend contacting the RSPCA and ask about this incident.
