Mattie was in foster first time he went missing and had only just gone to his new fosters this time. When bringing their shopping in, Mattie exited because I assume they hadn’t put enough thought into preventing this happening. He is in a horrendously busy area and not street wise. Last seen 2300 last night Bridgeman Place near toys R Us again. It’s going to take a miracle for him to stay safe IMO

Not far from where he went missing - this boy is scared - if you see him please ignore him call us - sit not looking at him - throw food his way - dont try and catch - call us first thing!
