It might be worth trying Sunnyside @ W'hampton as thats where the dog wardens take the dogs from your area, also Rosedene, which is Walsall, they take from the dog wardens. there is also petsearch, & the gundog club, try the local council they have a record of all dogs picked up by dog wardens & of dogs hurt on the roads.
