Thanks Skyninchar - great news that Arnie has been found shame that we are not informed when dogs are reunited as it would save us some work. As you know we are all volunteers and it is very time consuming trying to get the dogs reunited x

There has been no response to my request below about circumstances of Arnie so I have emailed person who registered Arnie and also attached dog lost advice.
