hey just a message this is jems owner just to let you know jem is getting on really well.. recently i was walking my dog and two boys come up to me and asked me for my dog because he is blue and thought he could get money off of it they punched me twice in the face and they grabbed him by his harness luckily one of the boys have a heart and said leave her alone.. so just be carefull everyone there is theives.. post this around.. xx thanks again for all your help

Meant to also say that this is another case that proves education is needed on what to do when finding a dog, although he's only been gone a few days he could have been back sooner had he been taken to a vets and scanned, BUT, at least he's home and had been looked after by someone it seems who didn't intend on just keeping him.

hi all good news we heard our little jem is still on the estate we got a phone call from a girl that noticed the poster in the post office said she picked jem up on saturday in the rain she couldnt keep him coz she had two dogs herself but gave him to a women called natalie who was willing to take him in until she found the owner.we got in touch with natalie friend and gave our contact numbers so we just have to wait for the phone call now. I know he is coming home now or soon and he isnt far....FINGERS CROSSED.x

this is the owner i have printed off 300 posters more of which to come... put some in plastic wallets so that when i put them up they will not get wet.. im going to post them through peoples doors.. if anyone knows anything about him please let me know! as we are all upset and really miss him and we wouldnt think something like this would happen to us thankyou to everyone that has helped by putting up posters and emailing around and ringing up people.. he could not of got far.. we have high hopes of getting him back!!!! thanks again..x

Spoke to dog warden ! No reports just yet, they have photo etc and details ! My boss has just printed posters out and is going to put them on all the notice boards in the blocks on woolwich common estate for me !! What a lovely man he is !!! also in caretakers mess rooms aswell x

have emailed battersea and here is the number for thamesmead police station !! that is where you have to take the dogs now, well i have always used them as they have kennels and are ever so helpfull and always let me take the dogs through an give them food and water and bedding !! took a dog down there last week and he was so sweet !! they are really good with the dogs in there !! woolwich and plumstead no hope ! i will take a poster in there though and also let your local community team on woolwich common estate know about your dog !!!
