Spoken to one very happy owner. A man was taking his dog for a walk and Stella followed him home, he could not take her in as his dog has not long had an operation, when he told his wife she went out looking for Stella and found her. They contacted a friend who worked in a vets, she picked Stella up and looked after her. Owner rang all the contact numbers and got a phone call from the DW today. Stella's owner has met the finder. Owner would like to pass on her thanks for the help and support from DL and once she has internet access will register as a helper. Stella has now been CHIPPED. I've asked for a reunited photo...... Welcome home Stella, great to see you home nice and quick just what we like. Jan xLast edited: 2010-05-11 02:17:18

Owner does not have internet access, but will try and use a relative's. Stella has gone missing from the garden, the gates blew open and she has gone onto Deansgate Lane playing fields about 1300 hrs today. Owner, family and friends have searched the area but there has been no sightings of Stella. She is described as a SBT cross, but looks like a SBT, dark brindle with a small area of white on the bottom of her chest between her legs, long legged and heavy build. Have given owner local contact numbers for DW's, rescues, Halewood RSPCA, Police and vets in the area. A relative may have a photo on their mobile and this will be sent a.s.a.p. Stella is SPAYED and very friendly. Owners have only lived in the Formby area since October and Stella is not used to the area. Hopefully she has been picked up and owner will get good news after the weekend. If picked up she will go to Halewood RSPCA. Jan x Last edited: 2010-05-11 02:17:18
