It's been a year and two days ago that our lives where turned upside down and we went all out for help thinking no one was going to listen but you did. You all showed us what community spirt ment by helping to search for our beloved Patchy or by spreading the word as fast as possible to get our message for help out. We would like to thank each one of you for your support over the past year. To this day we are still looking via internet in hope that he has been taken in somewhere. - UPDATE: There has been another possible sighting of Patchy still in the Burgess Hill area. He is being very elusive & proving very hard to track.

- UPDATE: We have had 2 positive & 1 possible sighting of Patchy all in the same area of Burgess Hill in the last 24 hours. We have currently got people sitting in key locations around the area to see if he will come out into the open. He is probably very hungry & very scared so please do not chase him or call him. - UPDATE: There was a sighting of Patchy near to the Triangle Leisure centre, Burgess Hill at 8am 31/05/18. He was sitting on the grass verge happily watching the world go by. He looked in good shape & appeared to be alert.

- Yes network rail has been contacted as well as Sussex police, on missing register with all vet's, missing posters faxed to all vet's, posters put up in Tesco, posters put up in local area's, local taxi companies informed, postmen informed, local farms informed, dog wardens & park rangers informed.
We have also contacted K9tracker & Drone SAR for lost dogs uk. He is posted all over Facebook & Twitter and we have just heard local pubs are now sharing on their pages. Also staff from a local care company are also keeping their eyes open for us.

- Unfortunately we have had no more sightings of Patchy since 28.05.18. He is probably in hiding only coming out during dusk & dawn hours when there is not much human activity.

- We are still looking for Patchy. He will probably now be in survival mode & will not respond to calls for him. If sighted please try to encourage him with food but be patient & let him come to you

- Owners targeted by a malicious hoaxer demanding money for the return of their dog should phone the police on 101 immediately and contact admin@doglost.co.uk
