By the edge of a wood at the foot of the hill, Is a lush green meadow where time stands still, Where friends of a man and woman do run, when their time on earth is over and done, For here between this world and the next , Is a place where each beloved creature find's rest ! On this golden land they wait and play till Rainbow Bridge they cross over one day. No more do they suffer in pain or sadness for here they are whole, their lives filled with gladness!!!! Their limbs are restored their health renewed their bodies have healed strength imbuled !!!! They run through the grass without even a care, untill one day they Stop and sniff the air !!! All ears pricked forward, eyes dart side to side, Then all of a sudden one breaks from the pack ! For just that instant their eyes have met Together again person and pet, So they run to each other these friends from long past, The time of their parting is over at last !! The sadness they felt whilie they were apart has turned into Joy once more in each heart, They embrace with a love that will last forever and side by side they cross over together !! Run wild and free BOB the warmth of the sun on your back forever x x So young x Last edited: 2010-05-11 02:17:18

Feeling extremely sad about poor little Bob, on reading his mum's comments he was obviously a very big character, like lots of these Jacks' are. Too many going missing at the moment. Dear 'Little Bob' the little Jack, wait at the bridge for your mum and have fun without having to worry about roads and fast cars. Thinking of his owners, Kind Regards Julie.Last edited: 2010-05-11 02:17:18

Sorry no news but keep up the campaign and keep postering. Don't rely on resuces, police etc to get in touch with you, unfortunately you have to keep contacting them and reminding them that Bob is still missing. Hope you get some news soon. Last edited: 2010-05-11 02:17:18

Hi All just to let you know we have had no sightings of Bob at all. No joy with dog wardens rescue homes or police We are now pretty convinced he must have picked up by someone either to sell on or keep. No doubt with his houdini abilities if he escapes from new keepers he might get scanned and returned to us...Last edited: 2010-05-11 02:17:18

Hi. Thanks for you messages. Eeyore thanks for posting the poster..The redditch ring road goes all directions so you never know. I hadnt thought about the papers will get going with that. HI Jansen Last night I saw you posting on the Jack Russell website. You must be frantic. There was a female JRT found by wyre forest police but I cant imagine yourS having travelled that far. Yes ours usually go digging and ther are many badger and fox holes around the area..one huge one near the main road. Both had been digging there the evening they went missing. Bob has only been with us since last September..after our old 16 year old JRT died. We really miss Bob..he's a huge personality so if some young familhy picked him up they may not want to let him go! We do have travellers in the area and they have postered their area for us..they have a few dogs but havent seen BobLast edited: 2010-05-11 02:17:18
