Any news on Jags condition?
Unknown
So pleased Jags has been found, bu sorry she has been injured by another animal. I really hope she will make a full recovery, and am sending her absent healing to help heal her wounds. Keep us posted.

Do you know which animal caused her injuries? Gentle (((((HUGS))))) and xxxxx`s from me to Jags

Great idea, I hadn't thought of that. I will look into that.

As she is spayed, I don`t think she would have gone too far,as neutered cats have a smaller territory as a rule. I would also put scent of the other cat in the container too. If all else fails, you could borrow a cat trap from a rescue centre, or Cat Protection (For a small donation I think) And place inside the scented items. I wouldn`t put food in at first because of other cats. Paws xd.. Last edited: 2018-06-30 17:06:33

Hi.
Thanks for the helpful advice. Unfortunately I can't leave the door open as I have another indoor cat who may escape if I do that :( I have hung some unwashed clothes out and a blanket and left her biscuits in my yard, I am going to post flyers through doors this afternoon. Have already put one in my local shop and vets, rang all my local vets and animal rescue centres, rang the council and posted on various media. I am so worried.

She is probably hiding in someone`s garden,

I think Jags is an indoor cat. Indoor cats who go missing, will feel very anxious about being out of their comfort zone which is in their own home with people they trust; their owners. A door she has access to, open wide, and stand aside, (Don`t block her entrance) Pu some tuna, or warm chicken in her dish, and place it about twice the width of the open door. Place her UNWASHED blanket into a clean container, along with your scent too. Leave about 2 metres from the open door. Indoor cats will usually hide close by their own homes, when they "Escape" they tend to hide close by their own homes. Poster around the area, and post flyers through doors too. Ask neighbours to check their outbuildings, and also check empty houses. Paws xd.Last edited: 2018-06-30 15:38:36
