"** Update... just spoke to my neighbours. They took him into the police to get scanned... he was chipped but it wasn’t a UK chip number, so they couldn’t get details of owner. At present he’s at Edinburgh Cats and Dog home, and if not claimed in 2 weeks will go for adoption 😞** "
