Fantastic news, so pleased for his family. It is just such a vast wooded area & looking for a small brown dog, that would blend in with all he leaves etc wasn't easy. Sure there were more squirrels & birds than usual getting our hopes up 😀

That's great news - so happy to hear that Milo has been found. I think we sat for a while yesterday near the 6th hole and so near to where we were sitting. How was he found? Was it a golfer, walker or dog owner who spotted him?Last edited: 2018-07-04 17:04:41 by Millys Mum

We walked one of our dogs at High Elms f£ late lunchtime today but sadly no sign of Milo. We followed the Beech Walk through the woods, along the edge of the golf course, down to the golf course club house, through the golfers’ car park, through the gate, past the big pond on the left hand side, across the big lawn and onto the Green Roof café by the Beeche Centre.. We sat in the shady area with the picnic area whilst we had lunch but sadly no sign of Milo although we did see many posters. During our walk, I kept stopping to look deeper into the wooded area but no sign of Milo. It’s such a huge area and so Milo could have moved on towards Green Street Green and so worth putting up some posters there. Did you ask if the Golf Couse Bar area would display one as it’s likely that one of the many golfers who play that couse might spot Milo. Also what about Cuckoo Woods just along the road heading towards Downe as links with High Elms. It’s also worth asking if the two pubs in Farnborough Village would display a poster as both the Change of Horses and Woodman are dog friendly. Also their customers would also walk their dogs at High Elms both sides of Shire Lane.

Sorry to hear that Milo is missing. Suggest you print out LOADS of little flyers with your details on (and picture of Milo). Give them to everyone you see when you're out searching. Then if someone spots him they'll have your number right there in case they can't grab hold of him. Good luck, I'm sure he's finding the shady spots wherever he is.

Just been speaking to Milo’s owner. She has done absolutely everything in the search for Milo but he is still missing. Please keep sharing his details and help to get this little one back home.

Have put on my FB page, didn't see him on my walk today, sadly. Owners maybe good idea to let farmer know as they are haymaking at the moment & might keep an eye out for him, they are the Tremain's from Downe village. Fingers crossed for quick safe return. FOAL farm in a Jail lane should also be told.
