By the edge of a wood at the foot of the hill, Is a lush green meadow where time stands still, Where friends of a man and woman do run, when their time on earth is over and done, For here between this world and the next , Is a place where each beloved creature find's rest ! For just that instant their eyes have met Together again person and pet, So they run to each other these friends from long past, The time of their parting is over at last !! The sadness they felt whilie they were apart has turned into Joy once more in each heart, They embrace with a love that will last forever and side by side they cross over together !! Really, really sad news I'm afraid. Crystal has been found dead. It looks as though she was hit by a train. my mother got a call earlier, so it may have only happended today. They went with the breeders to identify her. A heartbreaking end, but thank you all for your help and support it was really appreciated. Clare x

A small story ran in today's Echo - tagged onto my brother as he's an actor in Pobl Y Cwm. A description of Crystal may reach a few more people hopefully. My mother has given her local postman posters - he said he would pass them around. I can't believe it's almost been a week, we're trying to keep positive. Clare x

Don?t give up, the Echo will run the story on a day they are short of other news stories with the FA Cup Semi Final I would guess Tuesday. Have you given posters to the local postmen?

A story about Crystal will be in todays Echo, so we're hoping that this will lead to us finding her. The original breeders have also been looking for her and have been checking out her old favourite haunts. If anyone thinks of other avenues that we should be trying then all suggestions welcome. Thank you all so much for your help so far. Still no news about Crystal. The possible sighting in Mornington Meadows was on the day she went missing - Sun 30th (rather than Thursday) We've put up posters in the surrounding area and have been in touch with local dog wardens & police stations. I will contact the Echo tomorrow to see if we can place an ad. Warm regards, Clare

crystal remains missing, owner has had no sightings apart from one possible on mornington meadows last thursday. they had literally pulled into the driveway of their home in bedwas after collecting crystal from her former owners in rct. they opened the door and crystal ran, owner has had her less than an hour, former owner been contacted and current owner advised re dog wardens and kennels in surrounding counties. will alert my lot at rct tomorrow in case she travels into the boroughx
