" After a few days with no sightings, a jogger spotted him in the driveway of a house and we made our way over there. The house backed on to the grounds of Faringdon House, a mansion in the middle of Faringdon. Stacey went round and the grounds man let her in. Straight away she saw him and he trotted away, but after a few minutes he reappeared. Stace sat on the floor and quietly spoke to him, not calling his name or anything, just quietly saying 'din dins' and things that might be familiar to him. This went on for around ten minutes, with Stace talking and Barty looking at her. After a while he slowly approached, then started wagging and realised who she was and jumped into her lap. Then I picked them up and brought them home! "

- Contacted carer as owner away, it seems Barty ran off from 'home' straight up to Folly and has been seen several times since.....could be looking for his owner .

- I saw a dog that was alone, matching this description running across the folly sports fields. This would have been at 4pm on the 12th of July. It ran in the direcrion of the houses adjacent to the field.
