UPDATE - Wed 18th July

We have checked the reported sighting at Hurst’s Haylage on Saturday 14th, it is unlikely to be Bella, the dog there did not have a lead attached, something that would be obvious to spot.

The last confirmed sighting was approx 8.30am on Sunday 15th July heading North on the Southbound lane of the A38 between The George Pub and Elm View Kennels, Bella was trailing the extendable lead, clearly seen by those who saw her.

We put a drone up this afternoon to scour farmland, there was no sign of her. From what we know after Bella’s previous adventure, she tends to stick to roads, even when evading capture, roads or paths were her preferred route.

We need volunteers to put posters up and spread the word in surrounding areas, so Eastington, Frampton, Whitminster, Cam and Dursley, she is out there somewhere, we just need sightings.

If spotted, please do not chase or call her, observe where she is and where she is heading, as much detail as possible, and call one of the numbers or post on here, starting the post with ‘Sighting and the date and time’ (this will help us keep track)

“Is anyone a member of dog lost. Only about the dog from slimbridge.
If they think it could be in whitminster area my niece Mrs Stacey Beck in
Whitminster
I am 99 per cent certain she has cctv of the waste area behind her house. It was going to be used to build an estate on but never happened, I am sure Stacey or her hubby
Henry would be more than happy to help.
Also there are garages down the private lane and empty house which Henry may well have a access to.”
