The person to thank is the caller to you that Molly was on track 58. I was more than happy to help in the search as the tracks are only about 2 to 3 miles from me. I was thrilled when i immediately rushed to track 58 to see there to the point where she was located in a pile of logs I had sat on yesterday on a stake out she was already in the arms of owners son as I reached the log pile. I was thrilled to see Molly and have my photo with her It pleases me and makes me so happy to see her recovered. It was truly jubiliation and extremely happy ending for Molly and everyone

Brilliant news. the moment i saw she was spotted at track 58 i rushed down immediately. Molly was laying in the pile of logs. Molly is back in the hands of her family now and on her way to the Vets for a check over. Molly is so cute she is smaller than i anticipated. I had my photo taken with Molly. I am very pleased Molly is caught on day 4 the perfect time to be found. Welcome home Molly. It was lovely to meet you Molly and your family.

Please excuse my log in name it is my old one.
thank you LadyTrojan for your help, it is greatly appreciated. We were out until 22:30 last night with no sightings of Molly although she was spotted earlier in the day on the road between 46 and 58. We still need as many sightings as possible but again PLEASE DO NOT CALL, CHASE OR TRY TO CATCH HER, we do not want to push her out of the area. Many thanks
LadyTrojan

LadyTrojan
Hi as you know i am going mornings in search and later in the afternoon. been down 46 49 and 58. 49 is not as used as much as the 46 and 58 by the public. no sign at 49. on 58 today a forestry commission vehicle was coming down the track. i stopped him. he had no idea about Molly. he said he was checking on some guys working cutting trees and thats all he does. he turned around to go tell the guys working on cutting trees thats further down the track where the logs are where also a molly sign is about a half a mile he said. i noticed also their are bird watcher locations and was told is also used by deer hunters. checked the pig field i have a set of binaculors to do that very well. i did stake outs in in open locations ie by the logs down 58 and pig field entry. no sign of Molly

Hello, just an update, Molly still hasn't been found however she has been sighted a few times in the area but is running scared from anyone she sees. If anyone sees her just call the number or let us know on here but DO NOT RUN AFTER HER as this will only scare her more. We have set up a feeding station nearby and will update if anything else happens.

Hope you have found Molly. I saw her yesterday on my way home from work on the road between Weeting and Cranwich Heath. Basically if you drive from Weeting towards Methwold there is a road on the righthandside which cuts through the forest. She was running up that road towards me (in the direction of the Weeting main road). Further down the road there was a woman who had been walking her dog. She was going to try to catch Molly. Presumably she didn't manage to. I drive on that road everyday so I'll look out for her tomorrow morning.

Just spoke to Molly's owner and she was spotted today by her son in the same place as Molly disappeared, but she didn't come when called, little monkey Good luck with the search everyone, will be out in a bit xxx
Emma
I've heard that there has been a sighting of Molly. Please can you confirm where about so we search in the correct place? Many thanks
Victoria18
oh gotcha Hayden, I know which road you are on now. We will take a look there tonight after work. Fingers crossed Molly is home soon xxx
Hayden1470
Hi Victoria, sorry only just back from searching, if you were to leave weeting and head towards methwold not far out from leaving weeting you will see a right hand turning with an entrance labled 47. Go past 47 and Keep heading down that back road and you will come to another entrance on your right side labelled 58 and a little further up 46 will be on your left, cheers
Victoria18
we went and drove between weeting and methwold but we couldnt see tracks for 58. We found 46,49, 51 and 61 but I spoke to owner and she said that it was near Cranwich where dog went missing. So am confused. Can you please clarify the exact location Molly went missing so we know where to search. Many thanks xxx
Victoria18
Thanks for heads up Lady Trojan. We are heading out now to see if we can see Molly. Fingers crossed. Would be great to get her home xxx
LadyTrojan
i have spent over 3 hours searching between trails 46 and 58 is great distance between the 2 trails its not clear what side of the road Molly is missing on the side with track signs or not absolute specifics must be made known so no time searching the wrongs side of the road is done i have done searhing both sides which is daunting if spending time searching the wrong side also if molly went missing from track 46 and a small amount of water left there and none by 58 means if she is near 58 she has no water at track 58 the sun is scorching i do not expect Molly to be anywhere in the sun walking down both tracks 49 and 58 is all scorching in open sunlight leading to open fields scorching with sun light molly is short and stout she will be under cover its too hot to venture in the sun i met another man also searching for Molly he had water so we ensured the small portion of water left in small metal bowl was full to brim plus another small plastic container further up also with water water is crucial in the scorching sun to be available wild animals want water too so of course they drink it a far bigger water bowl is required chances of public spotting dog is zero unless seen on a track there is no signs up at the tracks chances of seeing dog on road saying hello here i am is zero this heat wave should have Molly well in cover of shade i have had to come home after searching on foot 3 hours the heat is unbearable

Have shared to Weeting FB page. Will be down there walking very early in the morning so will keep a lookout and take tasty treats.

I will have a look tonight, we daily walk our dogs down track 49 just outside of Weeting, so will take a ride down and see where number 46 and 58 are. xxx
Hayden1470
