Nice one flatmate! but was she found or was she stolen? Relevant because if found, then it's an opportunity to tell them thank you and how to help properly. If stolen Platt Lane police WILL prosecute...Last edited: 2010-05-11 02:17:18

Dont wish to step on anybodies toes here but owner should also call at Cheshire Dogs Home - Warrington area, as they sometimes "overspill" from Manchester Dogs home to this site. Hope Lola comes home soon. Last edited: 2010-05-11 02:17:18
Knoxy
Owner should contact Manchester City Council Dog Warden on 0161 954 9000 who take all stray dogs direct to Manchester Dogs Home 0871 918 1212. Owner best to call at Manchester Dogs Home in person due to the amount of dogs brought in each day. Owner can also call in person at GMP Longsight Police Station. The Front Desk Staff at Longsight are very helpful and dog friendly. Also contact Pet Medics who take in stray dogs out of hours for GMP, RSPCA etc. on 0161 794 4999. Place posters in all local Vets, Shops, Supermarkets, Newsagents, Petrol Stations, Car Parks etc. Good luck, KnoxyLast edited: 2010-05-11 02:17:18

The comments made by Reynard in 1st post are all valid. There are lots of Irish travellers in Lonsight, so worth keeping an eye out on that front. too. Where/how did Lola go missing? Does the dog know the area? Picture, please, soon. Works beter than just mere words. Try PlattLlane police too, as well, as Manchester dog wardens. Stay safe Lola. Come back soon.Last edited: 2010-05-11 02:17:18
