- Cats don`t like change of any kind. They are happier amid their own scent, and their owners. If looking after someone` else`s cat, it`s best to place an item of UNWASHED clothing that belongs to the owner, and place it in, or near the cats bed/bedding. Good idea also to use the same air freshener that the owner usually uses, as it will be familiar to him/her.

- Check all outbuildings, including empty houses, and cellars THOROUGHLY. Place (If possible) his UNWASHED blanket into a clean container, along with your scent too. Leave in garden she escaped from, along with owners scent if you can. Poster around the area, and post flyers through doors too. Ask, around, especially those with children, as they can be very observant. Was someone preparing to go on holiday the day she went missing? She may have sneaked into a house whilst the occupants were putting cases into their car. And maybe shut in. As she is such a friendly girl, someone is feeding her. When it`s nightfall, and you are searching, use a strong torch, as the light will reflecting a cats eyes. Wipe he scent on all garden fences, and objects leading up to it. Paws xd.
