Rocco is now home safe. We were called this evening by a man called Lee, who said he had found Rocco eating a bag of chips in the middle of the road, and then proceeded to take off his belt to use as a collar and leash!! He saw a poster this morning after doing a job in the area and soon phoned us. We are so pleased to have him home and can't thank everyone enough for all their support and kind words. Thank you thank you thank you!!!!!!!! Maxine, Kevin, Rocco and Ruby xxxxxxxxLast edited: 2010-05-11 02:17:18

I got my beautiful Bee back from a poster placed on the perimeter fence of Finsbury Park. Try and put them near the bus stops, then you will have a captive audience. New shopping centre opposite the park in Green Lanes, get some posters up there too. Also poster down Seven Sisters Road towards the tube station. Good luck.Last edited: 2010-05-11 02:17:18

Oh Rocco what a lovely boy you look to be :) Maxine can I suggest you poster all the local Underground and overground stations. Also taxi ranks and perhaps you could ask to put flyers on the counters of local banks. Make sure you contact the rescues - and visit them dont just phone - Battersea in particular and ask to see the dogs out back they have more than you would know if just visiting - very helpfull and good at reading chips so make sure they know you are looking. Is the chip data up to date? You could also get an ad or article in the Underground paper "Metro" I think it is called... so long since I worked in town... wishing you all the luck in the world ..... You MUST MAKE ROCCO TOO HOT TO HANDLE...:)Last edited: 2010-05-11 02:17:18

welcome on board Maxine, you have to keep postering and spreading the word as far and wide as you can, approach everyone, ask them, put up posters and deliver leaflets, check our reunited page - they DO come back but you have to get out there and make him too hot to handle. we are here if you need us so please feel free to make contact if you need a hand,Last edited: 2010-05-11 02:17:18
