Judds owner had postered all around and recieved a phone call late last night from someone who had been looking after Judd since they found him for 4 days ago . His owner is going to get him a tag and chip now. Judd had been well looked after by his finders and is none the worse for his adventure but very pleased to see his owner ! So good to have a happy ending ! Welcome home Judd and stay safe from now on. Thanks to all who helped ! xxx Pam Last edited: 2010-05-11 02:17:18

This is good news- so pleased not to need the rest of the posters. Please do have him chipped& get tag for his coller. Too young to be disappearing-especially with all that open land nearby. Last edited: 2010-05-11 02:17:18

Pam-camp in layby same place as last time nr bakery. Will be around Saturday- doing kennels on Sunday. Should be able to help get posters out. Dont know if it's worth trying Judd's usual walks -you know how far old railway lines go in all directions from there- also Carlton Ind Estate- loads of businessess that could help. Will get extra flyers tomorrow aware owner struggling with posters. Any other helpers in area- please let either Jumanji or me know. Last edited: 2010-05-11 02:17:18

Ok- now I'm home, Monk Bretton is in between Royston, Lundwood, Carlton,Cudworth- all areas interconnecting with old railway lines, bridlepaths & fields. There are no new travellers in the area that I'm aware of so at the minute cannot suspect they are involved. This will leave owners with a big area of 'off road' trails to poster, I can start printing as soon as picture available. Manor Bakeries is a good one to start with as loads of workers that travel into area. If we get a sighting will at least have an area to go on -been a lurcher he could cover the ground really easily. Mum, brother & family notified last night. Would advise owners to speak to local scrapyards at Carlton, Wheatsheaf pub, Bakery, Car Sales, Jacksons & Jet Garage- these are all on main drag through from top of Carlton to Monk Bretton. i haven't noticed any new traveller camps on my travels this weekend & was in Monk Bretton yesterday- from Jet garage down Burton Bank to Cudworth. There is miles of open land and old railway tracks linking Monk Bretton to places further afield. Will start on posters as soon as pics on. Judds owner is hopefully bringing a photo of him to me today so I can get it on site asap. Judd is smooth coated and also has a white stripe on his chest. Owner has been advised to poster as much as possible and also to keep checking with police, vets and local pound which is Cliffe Kennels. Details sent on to TracyB last night so she could start to get the ball rolling with all her local contacts. Come home soon Judd x Pam Last edited: 2010-05-11 02:17:18
