She was taken to the pdsa bow E3 and collected by the tower hamlets animal warden. They reunited with previous owner. Previous are refusing to give back till a large amount of money has been payed

Some thinkg is wrong here. Warden confirmed to you that sandy was reunited on the 30th of july but I have a witness that can confirm sandy was found on the 31st on the railway line by worker

Her chip had not been changed to new owner and she has been given to her previous owner who is refusing to give back until they pay a large amount of money. So no not reunited stolen police are being involved
