- Update: We’ve called him Major. To confirm, we are North Lincolnshire which is closer to Yorkshire than East Anglia. As stated in his original listing he doesn’t have a microchip. He went over to our vets today for a check up. He has a heart murmur and his lungs are a little bit crackly. His teeth aren't great, but not the worst we've ever seen. Our vet had a good feel all over him and she couldn't find any obvious masses in his tummy, so the most likely cause for his condition is malnutrition. She would like to run some x-rays of his heart and lungs, and we are aiming to do that in a couple of weeks as we all would like him to gain a bit of weight and condition beforehand, unless his owner turns up in the meantime.
