- Other Info THIS DOG WAS BEING WATCHED/LOOK AFTER BY A MEMBER OF PUBLIC WHO WAS A WHITE MALE,BALD WEARING A BLACK HAT,SMARTLY DRESSED WHILST HOMELESS OWNER POPPED INTO ROSE AND CROWN PUB OPPOSITE TO USE TOILET, WHEN RETURNED MAN AND DOG GONE. LAST, BELIEVED, KNOWN SITING IS GETTING ON TUBE AT TOTTENHAM COURT ROAD. THIS DOG IS 60KG AND HAD A ROPE LEAD, VERY MILD PERSONALITY. POLICE HAVE BEEN INFORMED.
