Thank you menaviana. At least dog warden is aware and finder has probably been granted the 28 days for the dog to stay with them before they can officially become the new owners

As this dog was found in such a poor condition: hair loss etc, the owner shouldn`t be allowed to have the dog back. It is best to act in the best interest of the dogs welfare. The owner could have abandoned the dog. Keep us posted

Gilly in facebook finder put a post saying that wherever owner come she will not give dog back that is my comment about.

This dog was found a few weeks ago and was put on a Facebook page for Crystal Palace Dogs. In a very poor state and he has a Romanian chip. Finder wanted to adopt him. I don’t know any more than that but have asked her if this is him. X

Is this the dog with a Romanian chip found in a really bad way over a week ago? Hair loss and neglect? I thought finder was keeping the dog? Anyway I agree with Mathers looks Romanian. X

Please ensure that you notify your local Dog Warden and the local Police Station - in Scotland you MUST inform your local Police Station and if possible contact the Dog Warden also.
The found dog may have a Microchip or a Tattoo - please have the dog scanned and checked for a tattoo at a vet's so that owners may be contacted as soon as possible.
