  • Other Info Sandy has blue eye is wearing a red collar. Unfortunately her chip wasn't updated still registered to previous owner. She was picked up by the tower hamlets animal warden and returned to the previous owner who is not handing back. Police are involved she is believed to be in the Peterborough area or Great Yarmouth
