I am so very saddened to share the news that Pippin has crossed to The Rainbow Bridge.
I received a pm from Jessica, Pippins loving Owner...
Unfortunately we found our missing dog Pippin deceased in a stream near to where she went missing, so we suspect she had a heart attack and fell in there whilst running about. She had previously had a few episodes like this when out on a walk, so at least we can find comfort in the fact she died doing what she loved, running around the fields in and out of streams, and hopefully it was a quick and painless end.
May you Rest Peacefully dear sweet Pippin. Safe in God's loving arms. xxx

There was a sighting of a Black Spaniel wandering around close to a park/residential area in Witney. We don’t know of this dog has been reported to any authorities or scanned as yet, and currently there is only one sighting mentioned on the ‘spotted witney’ page on Facebook. Would be good to understand if that dog was reunited with its owner,” or if there were any other future sightings of this dog? Just for our sake, so that we aren’t wondering if that dog was pippin?
