- i would now get her microchipped,. and keep her indoors, until she is about four months old. When I presume you will have her neutered?
Neutered cats tend to on average stay local, especially females. Far too dangerous for kittens to be let out at Cleo`s age. Stay close now Cleo:-)xxx You can get a cat neutered for as little as £5 if on a low income, or free on a scheme called C4. Cat Protection will give details. Neutering keep cats safe, as well as having unwanted kittens.Last edited: 2018-08-13 07:47:48 - 2018-08-12 20:07 Unknown
- As Cleo isn`t microchipped, (She is old enough, but too young for neutering yet) I would contact your local animal rescue centres, Cat Protection, and, vets, in case she has been handed in. Best to keep kittens indoors, until they are about sixteen weeks old, the age they can be neutered. Or did she "Escape"? When she is found, I would get her "Chipped". Hope Cleo is found very soon. Paws xd.

- Check all outbuildings, including empty houses, and cellars THOROUGHLY. Put some kitten food in her dish, and call her. Place her UNWASHED blanket into a clean container, along with your scent too, and the childrens. (Kittens have a very good sense of smell from birth) Wipe her scent on your garden fences, gates, doors too: anything leading up to the garden. Try a squeaky toy, as it may attract her attention. Walk around the area, holding an object with her scent on, and rattle some kitten treats. Someone may be feeding Cleo. Poster around the area, and post flyers through doors too. Ask around, especially those with children as they can be very observant, especially as Cleo is a kitten. When darkm and you are searching, use a strong torch, as the light will reflect a cats eyes. Paws xd.Last edited: 2018-08-12 20:10:00
