Kim told me that Toby has improved and has been allowed to go home for the night. Back to vet tomorrow.

Yes if not insured the cost of treatment can be crippling, I sold my car to cover the £6000 bill for my first dog when she become ill and have insured my pets ever since. Delighted he’s home and is getting the care he needs to save his life.

Tobys at the vets and he's really sick. He's in clowne vets and needs treatment for an infection and blood test he's dehydrated ajd got a high temp it's costing £300 per day for his treatment.

Very pleased to say that Toby handed him self in to a little girl this morning at a farm near the fishing lakes in Nether Langwith. We continued following the trail last night and it led us on a tour round Nether Langwith ending up by the shallow river Poulter where there was a lot of scent. We followed the river but stopped as it got too dark. We must have been a little way behind him. Very happy for Toby's family who have all worked very hard. Toby has lost a lot of weight but seems OK and is going to vet for checkup. Not surprised he has lost weight as he has pretty well been running a marathon.

I think the photo is sorted now and will come up on shares if you refresh attachment. We have been helping in search and Wispa found scent from area last sighted which led through farm tracks and footpaths towards Whaley Thorns and Nether Langwith areas

There have been some sightings of Toby, and the last one was in fields near the Rex Pet Hotel on the road from Creswell to Cuckney.
